You are blessed to have a large selection of mushrooms in Japan. Most U.S. grocery stores only have white or portobello to choose from. And your produce always looks fresh! 🍄🥕🍌🌽🍎🍞🧄🐡🥚🍡

Veggies are getting expensive in south korea too. I try to use more from markets but since winter is coming its going to be harder to find local veggies.

Hi there Linna, I do hope you're all better now and feeling fit and healthy. Is it possible when you write Momen or Kinu for the tofu you buy, to also write whether it is firm, soft, silken or whatever next to it, so we know. Thanks so much.....also do you always blanch your beansprouts, and if so why? We use them in stirfry, but never blanch them. Should I? Have a wonderful week😂❤

Trop trop beaucoup trop d emballages plastiques je croyais qu au Japon on était très engagé pr la protection de l environnement mais je vois que concernant les emballages ce n est pas le cas en Europe on revient aux produits vendus en vrac on doit emporter des contenants pr faire les courses des sacs des récipients de tte sorte. C est très ennuyeux les produits emballés sont bien plus pratiques mais bon obligé de faire avec. Vos supermarchés sont magnifiques impeccables bien rangés bien achalandés les clients respectueux rien à voir avec ce qui se passe chez nous où les employé des magasins doivent constamment nettoyer remettre en ordre tout ce que les clients dérangent et ne prennent pas la peine de ranger amitiés de Belgique ❤❤❤❤❤
