Housing levy is deducted from the salary of an employee at a rate of 1.5% of the gross salary. Khalif DOES NOT HAVE A GROSS SALARY; HE HAS BUSINESS INCOME. If he pays housing levy then it is only for his employees. Secondly, ameona wapi nyumba za affordable housing ungwaro?
