My house is currently for sale in Alabama. We had a needy, unreasonable buyer that backed out a week and a half before closing so now we're back on the market. I say ta-ta to bad rubbish. Now I worry about a slowing market in such a short period of time. I hope for the best and have not dropped our price. Hoping this is the right step. Love your videos. 👍

I understand that Canada just put some restrictions on investor purchases. We need to do that too. Many of the investors are from outside the US. This is dangerous. People need to OWN homes. I am retired and have a fully paid for home. Without my house I couldn’t survive on my retirement income. I fear for elderly renters.

Excellent point! Indeed it is dangerous. It is also a long-term strategy that would see most people that don't yet own a home, never own a home. That's just not right. People who want to buy a home, work hard to qualify, should have the ability to buy a home. At least in my opinion. The increasing challenges facing homeownership are not necessary and unwarranted. The greed of people and corporations has no place in a basic necessity all humans require - shelter. In the case of US real estate, owning home is often the biggest investment many of us will ever make and also where most of us gain a substantial portion of wealth creation over time by virtue of owning a our own homes. I am more attentive now since my son in real estate and I was lucky to have closed on my house last year with very low interest. Thanks Andrew! Always great content and info- I am a concerned homeowner who is worried about economy surrounding the housing situation and like your posts! 🥰👍

Thank you Z Mack! Indeed, I'm all about fair and open business opportunities within a capitalistic society. My contention is when people/ corporations place money before people. The current path our Country is on actually started in the late 70's early 80's if one looks back in time to economic policies passed since then, it's not pretty. If people of any country value money over people, it will lead to absolute destruction of the world as we know it. The take, take, take mentality is unsustainable not only from an economic perspective but also strain on natural resources. We could go so much deeper into this. If we all work together we can be the change we want to see in the world and strive toward a better tomorrow. It takes all of us. Anyhow... I hope you're enjoying a great day.
