I could put $50,000 of upgrades and improvements in our home and yet, the comps would not allow us to price it fairly. It would be throwing money away. No one will care if we put $50,000 into it, they won’t pay more than the comps.

I’m in a different situation. I’m interested in a commercial property. I have no idea if it is for sale but have a suspicion it could be since the business was recently liquidated in a retirement sale. After doing a property search I see the business does own the buildings and land but unable to determine who actual owner is. It’s several people with same last name. Would a love letter be appropriate here? Send a copy to all owners? Or a different approach entirely?

I'm a first time buyer in the UK, with my husband! We are about midway through the process. In the uk, it can take up to 3 to 4 months TOTAL. Started looking in September, and now our 'due dilligence' has been completed on the property! i'm on stage 12 and my anxiety is going nuts! thank you for such a fun, informative video. i'm sitting here with a cup of tea, chomping at the bit "wheres ma keys?!" lol Much love from the UK! <3 John and Laura x

I think it depends on who you ask. If you ask a realtor, they're going to tell you it's really unpredictable because they want to sell you a house. If you ask your average Joe that's really going to watch his P's and q's, he's going to tell you yeah everything's so hyperinflated sooner or later it's got a pop

Government needs to require all appraisers to follow a uniform set of rules. Appraisals are harmful when a loan is denied due to negligence of the appraiser to do a proper job. Currently...appraisals are little more than a masquerade.

I gain a lot of value from your video. I have lost two homes because of the contingency of selling my home and I’m gonna bring up this points to my realtor that you talked about. I think that to make an offer strong with a contingency upon selling you have to think outside the box and You are doing that in this video and I appreciate it
