After traveling for 2 months we finally made it to Houston Texas. I was going to be joining a new ship and Bridget was flying home. We couldn't leave Houston without checking out the Turtle Races!

That RV Park y'all stayed at was a 3 screen drive-in theater from 71 to the mid 80's called the McLendon Triple. Well remembered from my high school days in the late 70's.

If you want to know “what does RV stand for?” - RV stands for Recreational Vehicle (RV), which comes in the form of, either, a motorhome or a trailer. A trailer RV is towed behind a vehicle, whereas a motorhome RV is an all-in-one self-motorized vehicle.

Hope the construction at the airport didn't slow Bridget down too much on her way home, assuming she left out of IAH, not Hobby. As we say around here, IAH (the big airport) is superior because "It Ain't Hobby" (IAH). Been working for the fed here at IAH for the past 15 years. ✈ Really love your videos!

Damn, you should have looked for a Bucees. They sell ethanol free gasoline. It’s expensive but I use it in things like lawnmowers etc. I’d damn sure use it in something that I was going to store.

I was on ship for two weeks on the USS Bahama Shard pretty sure that's not how you spell it🤦‍ But I fell in love with it and I want to do this! I'm a little nervous because I'm doing it by myself versus like having my platoon come with me.... The SEVERN just left Houston about a week and a half ago. Did you time you trip to be in Houston to meet up with some of your mates? Next time you're in Houston to pick up the RV let me know and I'll take out to dinner to eat the best BBQ oysters on the planet. I'm right on Galveston Bay between Houston and Galveston.
