As an Arab i have to say, there are no Palestinians. They speak Arabic. These are trans-Arabs or trans-Jordanians. Arafat first used the biblical term Palestinian in 1967. The Romans called Jews the Pales0tinians back then. The real Palestinians from this biblical period have nothing to do with the Arabic-speaking people living in Gaza or the West Bank. Even the Quran says that it is the land of the Jews. Even the colours of their flag are pan-arabic colours!
