I'm glad to see Hover has undated many of issues that the reviewers discovered during their testing. And the video quality seems improved as well. This looks like the best selfie drone, especially if video quality is your first concern. But for me, I don't really do much tracking, so high cost of this product compared to the competition, will probably prevent from ordering it. Great review Eddie, thanks for sharing.

Great info on the recent updates and test demos of the Pro Max Eddie. They did have a rough patch during the early indiegg release where the beacon had issues and a lot of bugs were detected which was unfortunate to say the least... But its good to see that those were scraped off and now they have most of it all dialed in. All I have to say is, you haven't seen anything yet. This is just the beginning for the Pro Max, the future updates that are in the works are going to blow minds away. It takes time to perfect things and this one once perfected will leave an impression.

Hey Eddie, great video bro. I see you put FCP 11 to good use in the intro... nice! The Hover Air definitely has a better camera than the Neo, and I was considering it until I saw the price. It just didn't fit my budget, so I went with the Neo.

I GOT this HoverAir Promax cycle combo pak over a month ago & still in box didn't open it, because is all these left & right firmware & updates every week & i think NOT gonna bother to it till Spring , to get all updates done & get ready ..this thing is half ass done & push it to release because of coemption with DJI Neo & really screwed it up, one thing i don't like sun exposure in sunny day blowing up the video... is gonna takes time , but is looks awesome just needs works

Can you please guide - how to register hover x1 max fda approved. Hover says it does not have remote ID after sending 3 emails to them.

You will need to get a RID module. Any module would work as long as you secure it onto the drone.

It is NOT fully complete!!!!! Your first words are WRONG! Where is: - the promissed RAW/DNG Photo? - a Return to Beacon function (you also talked about)? - the posibility to switch to photo in manual mode with the controller? - the posibiity to change flight characteristics and exposure when using the controller? - a reliable fast OT fix? - HLG 10Bit video? - the possibility the change the tracking modes in air with the beacon without landing? These points need to be adressed by the HoverAir-Team! And all reviewers MUST tell them this as often as possible...
