​​@@peridotgaming5894I actually liked 3's version of Venom because it's basically a primal symbiote like the ones on their home planet that are less intelligent. I admit that it isn't the Venom that we know and love though, it felt more like Carnage in Venom's colors. The main issue is that Sam Raimi admitted that he didn't even grow up with Venom at all and had to catch up with what Sony Pictures and the producer wanted the character to be. It definitely didn't help that the movie had like 5 different sub plots going on all at the same time and didn't even know what kinda of story it was trying to tell.

the spider-man related characters we've gotten in lego are not the versions from the sony movies, they're versions from the comics and animated shows which belong to Marvel and Disney, so no, it's not weird that we haven't gotten Tom Hardy's Venom and we'll likely never get them either. Spider-Man movie rights belong to Sony, just because LEGO has the license to produce marvel sets doesn't give them the rights to produce sets for the Sony Spider-verse. LEGO would need to buy a whole new license from Sony which they likely don't want to do because they already have the license for every marvel character within the MCU and the comics so they see no need for Sony's versions. TL;DR: This dude makes my brain cells fucking disintegrate
