Karibu kwetu Uthiru . You missed kinoo by about half a km. Kinoo is more developed and more cosmopolitan than Uthiru. The circle with churches is known as kosovo (I'm sure the pun was intended).The Nairobi kiambu border is just ahead near the junction. That's also where waiyaki way ends and naivasha road takes over, altho people from kinoo-muthiga-regen say they are on waiyaki way. If you ever hear them say that, correct them, don't let it pass. A long long time ago when I was just a tiny tot; at the place you turned with the garbage truck, there was a marker on the side of the road that read 87nkr (87 miles to Nakuru) and the place became 87 just like that. Down the road after the flyover the place is known as N, just N. When I was growing up what people call now call Uthiru shopping center was known as gwa-thiga. All the nice shops and butcheries were there. Kopa was Corporation, a timber company that used to operate where the shell station now sits.... I need to stop typing.

You didn’t get to Kinoo. Where you were was Uthiru/87. Kinoo you were supposed to exit at Mama Ngina primary school that was the next exit,turn left then get in a tunnel on your right about 100m from the highway . The road has tarmac you go all the way to Kinoo primary school then straight to regen or muthiga. Kinoo is so big and grown inside. Huku ni kwetu bana we need a longer video we diasporans. Good job though village to town. Watching you from Ohio.

That's not Kinoo, that's Uthiru 87, kinoo is very expansive

That piece occupied by churches was once set for market space to relocate people selling outside the Kangemi market near the highway but their target was selling to motorists along the busy Westlands/ Limuru highway, but it didn't favor the sellers,the problem was there was not proper entry to cross the highway from the other side of the highway,nothing else would survive other than churches
