No one should take offense at Kangemi being called a slum.I lived there for five years.Sure that was in the eighties, but i have occasionally gone back there for visits.Little has changed. With the exception of Mountain View and a few other places it remains very much a slum.

Also you should open a second YT channel ya Real Estate, since this channel focuses on estates generally and their history, you should do another channel sasa ya kuuza ma ploti na ma nyumba. Then you suggest a video you have done on this channel concerning that area & vice versa. Just a suggestion, but please, NO POLITICS!

I think we label our neighborhoods from a white man's perspective. If a residential area has decent roads, accessible water and electricity and 4-walled houses whether they're mud or brick and mortar, does that fit the definition of a slum?

side walks are needed for pedestrian safety, roads are very narrow, the dirt ways should be paved, so much development needed to address the influx population, urban rural developments should be addressed, too many people on these busy roads, safety concerns on all levels, evacuation planning, sewage, drainage, hospitals, schools, parks & creation areas, well thanks for the presentation

Nah in Europe you wd be sitting next to a billionaire in a train very chilled and normal ( my experience in Germany) didn’t see gated communities or houses.probably they exist I don’t know….In U.S it’s different and depends. Most seriously beautiful mansions are ungated ju sasa utaonaje udosi hahaha. Then there are gated communities. And then there are regular neighborhoods that are well off ….. it depends with location….. what I noticed Germany don’t show off USa it’s a serious show off it’s theatrical which is same as Kenya smh

You should start covering various trademarks in the places you visit. In Kyuna, ATE restaurant is quite lovely. You passed Wasp and Sprout hapo Loresho, and if you'd have kept driving all the way down Loresho, there's a wonderful place to perch and chill/eat called Shamba. Ungependa sana. You didn't cover Kitisuru, but you should. A lot of nice places to visit there too. 😃

Thanks for your insightful videos! I have a suggestion that might add even more value to your content. Consider stopping by the town and speaking with some residents. Ask them about interesting things to see or do, local restaurants, places to stay, and what they love about their town. Highlighting these personal recommendations could really promote tourism and give your viewers an authentic glimpse into the community. Keep up the great work!
