It is a TÜV sticker. The sticker in the middle of the license plate shows when the next vehicle inspection is due. The number in the middle is the year and the number at the top is the month. The number at the top is actually the number at the top, not where the black stripes are. At minute 8:30 that would be May. 2024 that means the person still has 8 months until the inspection is due at minute 32:15 that would be November. 2024 that means the person still has 14 months until it is due

It's not that relevant to the game, but as a little info: the black stripes and the color of the stickers have the advantage that you can tell from a distance when they expire - the color tells you what year it expires. There are 6 colors blue, yellow, red, pink, green, orange every year the color changes: blue is the first and orange is the last and then it always starts over 2025 would be orange and 2026 blue 2027 yellow and so on. The black stripes tell you the month you have to imagine a clock and then look in which position the stripes are, for example at 8:30 the stripes are at 5 o'clock so you now know that May is at the top and the sticker is green so it's 2024. And at minute 32:15, the stripes are directed at 11 o'clock, for example, so you now know that November should be at the top

I think the thing you missed on the bus was you didn't check the first aid kit it doesn't just have to be there it also has to be in date and on a bus both have to be in date so you need to check all first aid kits i think
