Louisianan here, JJ had grade question marks that’s why his ranking was so low. He was around a 4 star player.

JJ is one of the players Netflix followers In their Football Doc Series "Receiver". You might want to try and find it. Receiver is the second series Netflix football docuseries, the first was Quarterback. Those series show what it takes to play in the NFL.

Nfl scouts evaluate talent mostly on measurable factors---size, speed , strength , and if a player has great numbers they will often rate him above players who can REALLY play the game , but lack outstanding measurables . Also in football, probably more than any other sport, the mental aspect is key . One needs the desire , the will , and the intelligence to understand the game and those things are very difficult for scouts to quantify

He brought the dance in sports and made it famous. It's called the griddy and I think some rappers from Louisiana is where he got it.

Yass and Fats, still check out NFL Films from the 1970s, you will see things that were developed in the 1960s that are used in films today. Watching the spiral of the football in mid air, hearing sound of the game. If you really want to experience American football, come out of your three point stance, and explode in to your garage door 50 times a week for 6 years, you hurt so bad it's not funny. That is the love of the game.
