I found, because of an undetected infection I would never be a mother. I cried for yrs, and could not even go into the baby section of any retail store. Never, in my wildest dreams, did I have the THOUGHT of depriving someone of their pregnancy, or birth of their child. I still struggle, but now I love to see a pregnant mom, or a newborn. To hear the joy in their voices as they talk about becoming a parent, and I get a kick out of the the parents who already have children, and their funny stories of parenthood. It hurts, but I manage as best I can. It has nothing to do with any mental illness, and EVERYTHING to do with be a selfish, deceiving individual.

Do you even know what the word conspiracy means? In legal terms it is two or more people getting together and agreeing to carry out an illegal or harmful act so, yes, this was indeed conspiracy to murder. This often goes alongside a murder charge and goes a long way in proving premeditation.

I think prosecutors chose to Charger them woth conspiracy so that, even tough she was the one that actually killed her, his actions show he was as responsible and he is just as guilty of the morder.
