Just theory crafted a Red Cho'gath build for funsies. Due to the summoner spells it can only be played jungle (which still works for cho'gath and a good role for them) which are smite + ignite. Obviously go with the red jungle pet. build bruiser steel boots, goredrinker, thornmail, demonic embrace, cleaver, steraks crit steel boots, shieldbow, rapidfire cannon, bloodthirster, guinsoo's, ravenous hydra runes, predator, taste of blood, eyeball collection, ultimate hunter precision 2ndary, triumph and L:bloodline. dark harvest or hail of blade could also be funny options depending what you want your build to focus on. Enjoy using this silly build and don't turn red while using it xD

Their team is slowed and deals less damage also if you time it correctly you can ult with it on cool down with your e ult combo then when they are out of ult you stun them and it procs and they have a really hard time running
