I would consider myself extremely successful at 30, but wow this kid is on another level. I wish I had friends like him at our age in real life. It gets really lonely when you are at the top. Most other wealthy people I know are in their 50s +. Great interview, some seriously good info here.

Don’t wait until the market skyrocket again then you start biting your fingers wishing you made the decision to invest. bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

11/10 wow. I am so lucky to stumble upon this video. So lucky. Lucckiest day of my life. I listened to every word spoken and will make it into action. This for me is life changing. I have done more than 50 deals in short-sale flips over last 13 yrs from 2007 to 2013 and made less than $20k per deal compared to a regualr wholesaler ("i just did not think it could scale but you change the game") and my income average $60k per yr. and it took me 4 months to close per transaction. I can do this at scale. Thank you x 7. P.S. I was doing double closings which some states outlawed, paying double agents commission (buying ...my agent gets 3% and selling my agents gets another 3% and he found the buyer he gets another 3%) and double escrows (buy and selling) and one days fund transactions fees of 2% for funding ONE DAY. At the end I end up almost nothing... plus I was using some kinda land trust which is not really valid in California. I am blown away... I can do deal on your platform in my sleep.

I wish people born into wealth would be more honest in public. Robert was never broke like a guy in the hood. He went to Harvard and had connections middle class people will never have. Probably borrowed money from dad or his friends from the Ivy league.

Your world view is limiting you and you need to level it up or you'll be stuck where you are. Having rich parents as an entrepreneur isn't a blessing, it's a curse. Not a single one of my successful entrepreneur friends have rich parents. Instead, most of us went through sh!t that we won't even talk about in public. For me, my parents kicked me out at 16 and I hustled my way from homeless to having a 9-figure company at 30. It's impossible to make diamonds without pressure. Extreme adversity in life is what gives entrepreneurs the stamina to do what nobody else can do. Hopefully you can reframe your world view an unlock your true potential based on these insights.

P.S. I recommend you watch Undercover Billionaire, Season 2 with Grant Gardone. On the show, Grant built a business from $1 to $5M+ in under 100 days with zero connections or contacts. That's proof right there that how much money you start with has almost no impact on where you end up.
