I've been watching your videos for a while, but it never occurred to me that your grandfather might be from the same area as my grandma. She is toisan, and her name is Yan wan Lau. She passed away two weeks ago at the age of 96.

Yeah. I haven't seen bone-in chicken breasts for a long time. Maybe because they take off the tenders for fast food.

What would the process be if you did not own a air fryer?
@mandodelorian4668Ай бұрын
Hello, a month later but hopefully this will help. Reversing the conversion method of Oven to Air fryer, you could: Bake this in the oven. Increase the temperature by 20°f and cook 20% longer. That's a pretty rough conversion method but doing the opposite of that has worked for going into the Air fryer. Cheers!
@mandodelorian4668Ай бұрын
Okay so looking at the video this would make the Oven Temp 395°f and the cook time 24 minutes, up to about 32 minutes if your chicken is ad think as thiers was and had to go longer. (just be sure yo check your internal temp with a probe while not over cooking!) ;-)

It's so asian to line the inner riser with foil for "easier cleanup". It's purpose is to promote hot air circulation all around the food for more even cooking. Using the foil blocks off the airflow.

Guys, love the channel. My only ask would be that you please support local producers and stop advertising everything at Costco. People should totally buy the best meat they can afford and a lot of people will need to go to Costco, but if this channel could support alternatives to factory farming I think it could be powerful, and tastier for all!
