The list of treatments that this woman tried must have cost a fortune. Her story is incredible and inspiring. When she said"acceptance feels like giving up", Holy Cow! I have said that for 22 years. When my doctors tell me I need to accept that this is my life, I can't do it because it feels like giving up and with no hope I would not be able to continue. 22 years ago when my chronic pain journey began I tried everything the "experts" recommended while I was able to work, when I was no longer able to work we drained our entire savings with so many treatments that were supposed to work but didn't. Eventually you end up on disability and can't afford to try all of the new treatments. It stinks because this program really seems like it could make my life better. I wish there was a scholarship program or partial scholarship program for people who want to live without chronic pain but can't afford it. Until then I will try to glean what I can from their KZbin videos. Thank you for posting this video.

I was dignosed with the condition labeled as fibromyalgia ( chronic primary pain) and Hashimoto. Is Hashimoto (autoimmune disease)considered a symptom of chronic primary pain? I would appreciate your explanation.
@LinHealth2 жыл бұрын
Hi Daria - Yes it is! It can cause muscle weakness and other brain driven chronic pain issues. We work with many members who have both Fibromyalgia and Hashimoto's, as our program is directed to help all levels of chronic pain and mind body related issues. Come check us out and speak with a member of our customer success team at lin.health!

I have Fibromyalgia. This causes the sympathetic nervous system to be dominant (Flight or fight). As a result the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) struggles, therefore putting stress on other bodily systems. The thyroid will struggle to function optimally along with digestion and adrenal function (plus many more). The way to see improvement is to calm down the sympathetic nervous system through various brain retraining exercises, getting plenty of sleep, eating healthy and not focusing on your symptoms, stressing about them and googling for medical cures or pills. You have to treat the "limbic brain" that you are safe. KZbin channels by Dan Buglio (Pain Free You)and Jim Prussack (Healing Chronic Pain) offer tons of free advice and examples of what to do.

Thank you for replying! I am following The KZbin channels of Don Buglio and Jim Prussack. I think they are the ones of the best coaches in neuro plastic symptoms. Since I learned about mind body, I don’t identify myself with fibromyalgia anymore, It reminds me the time when I was diagnosed, and how hopeless I was. I am assured right now that the sensations are the wrong signals in my brain. I am just calming down my over sensitive nervous nervous system . I wish you the best in your recovery .

That app is insanely expensive for something that isn't covered by insurance. I would 100% think it would be worth it if it actually worked, but there are so few reviews and no money-back guarantee.
