The fact that there are nearly 145k views on this (and it seems to be her most watched video) says something about our modern world and where we’ve gotten to. I’m so sick of putting myself through this. If you’re reading this you’re not the only one dealing with it. You’re not alone. Amazing video. The part at 18 minutes where she talks about “the stress we put on ourselves” is the part of the iceberg that is under the surface... it’s the biggest thing. Thank you so much for posting this. I feel normal and not crazy.

Not easy to read and understand with the severe brain fog but find someone that can help you read it. “Amino Acids” are so important also but I would say number one thing that helped me the most is the bio identical hormones Terribly expensive and medical insurance will not help you pay for it. I drive a 1999 Camry and I had to retire from severe adrenal fatigue. It is a matter of budgeting!

I had this for years and like you, the Doctors kept telling me that it was nothing, or tried putting me on antidepressants. At the end, he told me it as just who I was. Nothing they can do. Finally I found this wonderful Naturopath who healed me!! I was so grateful. I still see him 3-4 times a year for adjustments, usually always my adrenals. I have a stressful life, and work does not help either. It is so sad and frustrating that the Doctors do not see this as a real issue! Thank you for your video.

I felt the same way, for my whole life my home was filled with constant arguing and manipulation. I had no where to go and didn't know better. Now I have learned what my family actually is, abusive and neglectful. And yes, my legs are still weak very often and give out as I walk and I haven't felt safe or able to relax for a long time now. It's odd as my body seeming can't function properly even though I'm 22 and healthy. Though I am seeking help.

My legs (calf muscles) would start burning and I had to stop and rest it was absolutely awful!!!! I am actually better at the moment but I’m keeping my fingers crossed and praying that it doesn’t come back because it is the worst thing I’ve ever ever experienced. What’s really hard too is that nobody understands that you might look okay but feel terrible and not enough energy to do anything with your family. A Naturopath gave me my life back after 25 years of Chronic fatigue. 25 years of being told I was depressed, needed to get a hobby, needed to get on with my life & stop complaining as everyone gets tired, was shown the door by my GP as I refused HRT as I knew deep down that wasn't the answer. I also tried bio identical hormones but found the costs too prohibitive and the results didn't reflect the investment. In the end a strict dietary change and a few supplements led to my energy returning in just 10 days, it felt like a miracle and 3 years on I still feel amazing and am busy making up for the 25 years of life I missed out on. I was lucky to find a amazing Naturopath locally who gave me the tools to heal myself and I only needed to see her once.

Sugar, dairy, gluten & caffiene all eliminated. Sugar being the most important & it's in dairy hence the dairy. Came off EVERY kind of sugar including fruit, honey etc for 6 weeks then have gradually been able to introduce a few berries & green apples. I now also have goats cheese, yoghurt & butter in small amounts. Sugar feeds the bad bacteria in your gut & you need to let it die off in order to re-balance your gut flora & by staying sugar free your gut remains healthy & so do you.

You are saving one life at a time by sharing your story. To open up to the world and by being vulnerable and raw and honest about the good and the bad, you are just a breath of fresh air to those who have lost hope in ever finding an answer. My heart breaks for you and the years you were in search of help and could find none. To advocate for your health while in the condition you were in and all the time effort and energy that you had to use in such a difficult time in your life just amazes me. Something that is exhausting for a relatively healthy person to try and do, you did while you were so sick and you never gave up. I can’t imagine how you did it! But then to go forward and share your story and give others hope, it just shows how much compassion you have for others and it resonates throughout your whole video. I have been searching for over 10 years for why I got sick and what is going on in my body. After the countless doctors, drugs, therapies and every test imaginable I am worse than when it started. This has never been brought up. All this time. Never brought up. Like you said about the bloodwork, my thyroid was in normal parameters and they wouldn’t test for more and I have a doomed feeling that this has been the answer the whole time. For me, like you, they said it was other things. First it was depression, then chronic fatigue and pain disorder, then vitamin deficiencies, then they said it was all in my head, then fibromyalgia and 3 years ago when I couldn’t stay awake during the day and would fall asleep driving and speed just to get home to lay down (just like you described) and doing brain scans and a sleep study with no conclusions they diagnosed me with excessive daytime sleepiness/ narcolepsy. But all the videos I’ve watched and all I’ve learned along the way, none describe what I’ve been going through like yours did. It seems you and I have a lot in common. The stress and perfectionism aspects too. Your story and you telling it the way you did was what I and I’m sure many others have been just waiting to hear. So from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you for sharing your story. I will remember this day the rest of my life. God bless you!

Chronic Stress was the cause of mine autoimmune issues. I suffered from eczema, psoriasis, depression, anxiety, excess sweating, brain fog, chronic fatigue etc etc, just to name a few. This was happening for years and each symptom was worsening since i was so frustrated and depressed about the situation, making myself more stresses out. Finally realizing that its me and my emotions causing this, i was finally able to cure myself, before that i ve tried exercising a lot, all kinds of diets and supplements, nothing worked

Thank you for sharing and caring. Loved your video. I've had adrenal insufficiency for over 15 months... what a journey! Was on crutches at one point. Ashgawanda helped with both thyroid and adrenals, as did Ribose re the fatigue. The latter is a pre-cursor to Adenosine Triphosphate, ATP (the energy molecule). ATP is also found in Royal Jelly... as are B vitamins. Good luck everyone... the amount of people who give up on you because you no longer have the vibrancy truly makes you realise who your true friends are... recovery can be a lonely experience although we aren't alone... thanks again.

I had the same experience with the exhaustion and trying to figure out what was going on. My thyroid was fine so my doctor just assumed I was tired. It was hard to explain how I feel like I should have to feel like this forever. I accidently found a doctor that suggested a ketogenic diet and I'm brand new person. I feel awake for the first time since I can remember and I lost 73 pounds so far. No drugs or supplements. I'm so glad I found out about this even if it was by accident and I'm a nurse. This is not even mentioned in school. You are right that it's not really acknowledged by the mainstream medical community. Thank you for your video and bringing more awareness to the subject. It makes me angry to think that too many people are being diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorders needlessly when they could be suffering from adrenal fatigue.

I am from a Nursing background. And hearing this woman story makes it quite clear our "Doctors of Medicine" are just that doctors for Big Pharma and know little or care about learning about what they themselves Should know. Yes I too am just learning about this... I have complained for some time. I even know now my Divorce can be blamed on my Symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue. And I kid you not I finally got a copy of my blood test and the next time I went in I asked about my thyroid results as it was off.. and they then said Oh yeah.. you are hypothyroid... and would not even had said anything if I had not taken the time to figure out I had a problem from my own blood test. Because I had asked shouldn't I be taking something for this? LOL.... and now studying... I really find out I need to be taking Iodine for my thyroid... and now I am too learning that really when you have a low thyroid it really means you have a bad adrenal problem. and i just learned about the Ragland's Test. But I don't even have to do that. If you have suffered from this you know exactly what it means to be so tired. I almost a year ago started to have tremors.... and I knew on my own that I now suffer from Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome... and I do have Post Polio Syndrome which is a neurodegenerative disease. Damage to Nerve Roots. But too because of severe stress it too is affecting my Thyroid. So really I know now the tremors are from a further breaking down of the nerves... from the Adrenal Gland Damage. Thank you so much for sharing your story.

You are correct. My GP also wanted to put me on antidepressants because his quick diagnosis was anxiety/panic attacks. I was at a point where I couldn’t even walk because of extreme exhaustion and that fell on deaf ears. I think, respectfully, that a lot of doctors are just prideful and don’t want to ever look like they don’t know something. They give you a quick diagnosis, get you out of the office asap and collect their payment.

I suffered stage 3 adrenal exhaustion. I worked full time, went to law school at night. I went to the EE twice and was misdiagnosed with anxiety. I was then prescribed prozac where I suffered a terrible reaction to it and it made me worse. I suffered panic attacks, mood swings, only able to walk for short periods before becoming exhaustion. I was dizzy and had low blood pressure. Thank GOD I found a Naturopath. I underwent a saliva test and urine test that showed I was so low in: serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine, norepinephrine, PEA, everything. I have begun the natural supplement treatment and have noticed improvement. I hope you are feeling better and healthier!! Thank you for sharing your story.

Hello what supplements did you take
@debbiepeabody
@debbiepeabody 3 ай бұрын
@@Reality_CoachFlo Hi, I just read your question on this video and I can provide you a bit of info. When you find a very good naturalpath doctor, or a doctor of osteopathic medicine, they will look at your whole health, lifestyle (food, exercise, etc.), blood tests, and more. They'll recommend supplements tailored to your body, always a higher quality than what can ɓe bought at the stores (also more expensive). So your question about what supplements others took wouldn't necessarily be the ones you need. For example, a person with high iron wouldn't want to take any supplements that include iron in them (most supplements have iron in them). If you can get your bloodwork done to find out your own vitamin efficiencies/deficiencies (vitamin D, iron, calcium, etc) then you would have a starting point on learning what your body needs more of (supplements) or less of. Supplements to deficiencies don't have to be in pill form or expensive. Eating oranges, apples, bananas, plums, figs, carrots, celery, broccoli, spinach, kale, sweet potatoes, adding some garlic, ginger, and other spices, nuts, seeds to your daily food intake can achieve the same results as long as you're consistently consuming a healthy amount of vitamin rich food without adding chemicals or inflammatory substances (aspartame, caffeine, alcohol, etc.) If you have a blender you can make a meal in a few minutes (blend cold water, a banana, strawberries, blueberries, and orange, with beets, carrots, kale, spinach, celery, and pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, almonds, walnuts, if it's not sweet enough for your taste add a spoonful of honey, a tsp of cinnamon, a drop of vanilla, add a fig and a plum). One pitcher of this should make 2 - 3 meals. You can still eat meat, fish, eggs etc.... it's not a diet, it's a smoothie packed with fresh fruits and vegetables (aka supplements) and you can use whatever you want in yours. Every time I blend stuff up for a smoothie, I use different stuff, whatever I have at the time. Sometimes I add granola, crackers, cherries, kiwi, raw broccoli, sunflower seeds, apple juice, ginseng powder, Wasabi powder, Tumeric powder, pecans, peanuts, lemon juice, etc. I hope you find the right mix you like. I hope you feel well too. God bless.

Thank you so much for sharing your story. Since your video was recorded in 2015, you might want to check out HPA axis dysfunction, which is the new term for adrenal fatigue. The term adrenal fatigue is still being used, but the alternative medical community has discovered that the Hypothalmus (H) - Pituitary (P) - Adrenal (A) axis becomes dysfunctional with chronic stress which in turn causes many of the fatigue symptoms. I'm so glad you have overcome your fatigue!

Your tips and this entire video helped so much. Time to make some changes and start saying no to things that cause me stress and start putting my health first.

Bravo and much appreciation! I have very similar symptoms. I had many heavy stressors and traumas over the years. Loss…close family and divorce. The heaviest burden to my stress system was breast implant illness. It wreaked havoc on my body. 8 months after Explant symptoms returned due to adrenal dysregulation. My GP is like you describe. I did find a holistic MD. Perimenopause is on time but my stressed system is not prepared. Flu and hormonal drops had left me weak and not able to function. I literally can’t sleep at night at that high level of fight or flight. I am hoping I haven’t become autoimmune with no return.

Thank you!! I have been suffering with Adrenal fatigue for nearly 20 years on and off myself. Diagnosed with depression and anxiety.... when I knew I wasn't depressed ! the irony of how much that increased my anxiety lol. Triggered by PTSD , childhood trauma, several terrible and intensely emotional periods including life threatening experiences a pregnancy at 44, single motherhood and a highly stressful job. I hit stage 3 again after first year of motherhood and found myself in perpetual burnout.....AGAIN . Can completely relate to the stairs and not having the energy to pick up a book. It is then that I can add depression to the list, but as a symptom, not a cause. It has had various levels of intensity over the years depending on stress and overall health. I have a little man to take care now so health and longevity is my primary focus obviously and have been cleaning up my diet over recent months, eliminating stress and stressful people, researching more, probing deeper, eliminating toxic foods one after the other trying to figure out what is wrong with me. No energy, no sex drive, brain fog, at times sleep issues, excessive thinking, exercise exhausts instead of invigorates, not losing weight even though my diet is now 95% plant based vegan. That's when I made the breakthrough. Thinking my Thyroid may have been off, again symptom not cause. It is, but it's my ADRENALS that are shot. 🙏 Broken fight/ flight=broken rest/digest .I have just put it all together in the last month and researched (scientific papers and functional medical practitioners). I am so relieved, I want to shout it from the roof tops... I know what is wrong with me !! 😆So I have made an appointment with a functional medicine woman, who will be visiting my town in the next month. will go back to my useless GP and have all my blood work done in the meantime. and continue 1. Healing my Gut 2. Healing my Adrenals and 3. Working at a cellular level to detoxify my body. You know what I really miss is the exuberance I once had. I thought my lack of vitality was based in experiences of past, but as I have truly done the emotional work to heal from them, I am just so happy to have found the solution to repairing the physical too. I want my energy back, I want my body back, I want my life back and I AM going to get there. Just starting the journey but so nice to hear personal testimony about healing it, as you said its very hard to find. Thank you once again and Greetings from Darwin NT 😊

I have literally cured my stage 2-3 adrenal fatigue in LESS THAN one week by going on the carnivore diet. And believe me folks.... I did the iodine, the root and oil supplements and all those dark leafy greens juices, veggies, walking... I did it ALL!! With this meat based diet.. my thyroid is functioning again bc I have no more swelling and tenderness in my neck, and my belly bloat is going down. In addition to Adrenal fatigue for the past 10 yrs, I have been diagnosed with Graves Disease 2 yrs ago. If anyone is at their last rope, just try it.

Sandra Mercado your story resonates with me completely. I’ve resisted carnivore, but have done Keto for 8 months. I’m under the care of a functional medicine doctor and we’re working hard on restoring my gut microbiome, which means fiber and probiotics . The research is not settled, and there might be huge individual considerations. Still, your testimony makes me curious about carnivore. I’m so tired of being tired, and people thinking I’m lazy, or not “adult” in meeting their expectations. Oh yeah, and exercise more, it’ll increase your energy. It puts me on the couch for the rest of the day. Then depression follows as my life disappears.

Sally Schultz sounds like me. Before he got my adrenals checked they thought it was my chronic pain, depression, then grief from family members passing, finally the doctor did a special blood work, but then educated yourself and doing it alone is so tiring ! I am taking herbs roots etc. and I am some better though, thank God.

ooh lala There is no and I repeat NO such thing as adrenal fatigue.. there IS something called adrenal insufficiency which is a very rare + VERY deadly disease that affects one in one hundred thousand ppl. Those of us that have it are steroid bound every day for life or we die, period... DIE... no holistic anything can (or should ever be used by themselves) replace the life saving steroids that we must have. I would suggest you get an early morning cortisol to see where you’re at and if that comes back low then ask for an endocrinologist in order to see whether you have A.I./Addisons, but the rest... the rest I wouldn’t listen to

ME - CDC - Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a disabling and complex illness. People with ME/CFS are often not able to do their usual activities. At times, ME/CFS may confine them to bed. People with ME/CFS have overwhelming fatigue that is not improved by rest. ME/CFS may get worse after any activity, whether it’s physical or mental. This symptom is known as post-exertional malaise (PEM). Other symptoms can include problems with sleep, thinking and concentrating, pain, and dizziness. People with ME/CFS may not look ill. However, People with ME/CFS are not able to function the same way they did before they became ill. ME/CFS changes people’s ability to do daily tasks, like taking a shower or preparing a meal. ME/CFS often makes it hard to keep a job, go to school, and take part in family and social life. ME/CFS can last for years and sometimes leads to serious disability. At least one in four ME/CFS patients is bed- or house-bound for long periods during their illness. Anyone can get ME/CFS. While most common in people between 40 and 60 years old, the illness affects children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Among adults, women are affected more often than men. Whites are diagnosed more than other races and ethnicities. But many people with ME/CFS have not been diagnosed, especially among minorities. As noted in the IOM report: An estimated 836,000 to 2.5 million Americans suffer from ME/CFS. About 90 percent of people with ME/CFS have not been diagnosed. ME/CFS costs the U.S. economy about $17 to $24 billion annually in medical bills and lost incomes. Some of the reasons that people with ME/CFS have not been diagnosed include limited access to healthcare and a lack of education about ME/CFS among healthcare providers. Most medical schools in the United States do not have ME/CFS as part of their physician training. The illness is often misunderstood and might not be taken seriously by some healthcare providers. More education for doctors and nurses is urgently needed so they are prepared to provide timely diagnosis and appropriate care for patients. Researchers have not yet found what causes ME/CFS, and there are no specific laboratory tests to diagnose ME/CFS directly. Therefore, doctors need to consider the diagnosis of ME/CFS based on in-depth evaluation of a person’s symptoms and medical history. It is also important that doctors diagnose and treat any other conditions that can cause similar symptoms. Even though there is no cure for ME/CFS, some symptoms can be treated or managed

Thank you! I’ve been battling Adrenal fatigue and thyroid disease for about 5 years (working with a functional medicine and naturopath doctors) now if I recall correctly. I moved from the east to west coast of the US two years ago to continue in the same job I had. However, the job has become extra stressful due to some unforeseen factors. I love the job outside of the problems that should be temporary, but they aren’t going away. I feel as though it would cause about as much stress to find a new job as it would to stay as this issue gets resolved, but I’ve had some recent sleep issues that have me struggling more than usual lately. I look forward to reading the book to learn more things that may help. It is good to hear from someone else who has had this as I’ve never met anyone with it.

You’re exactly right that’s usually all doctors want to do so be careful if you go to one. I do however recommend that you go for a basic physical and allow them to do tests through ordering lab work which is done with one needle drawing your blood into several vials, they can run so many tests and find out so many things about you that way and that’s the best way to start out when you are new to seeing a dr

My name Tanner. This is my daughters account but here goes. Had adrenal fatigue, like you, twice and without knowledge of anything somehow recovered from it the first time. Had no idea about health and what to take and all that. After I recovered it was such a major event i started taking supplements and treating myself better....yes after I recovered. Anyway that was about 4 years ago. With the event of covid-19 and my strong feelings about that, A move to a new house, running my own business(very successful but very exhausting), raising 5 children(wonderful), assistant pastor of a church, and last but definitely not least the prospect of loosing my mother in law to diabetes(awful situation) has posed too much for my adrenal glands yet again and I find myself back in the same spot i was in 4 years ago. only thing different is i was already treating my body well with good vitamins and pretty much the entire list of things that need to be taken to recover. I agree with you that i need a lifestyle change and to re-adjust my stressors but realistically its impossible to get rid of all stress. Still in my prime in the middle of my life with alot to do but my apple cart has been upset again. I even noticed the signs before it happened and took measures. Didnt matter. too little too late. If you dont mind me asking what supplements you took on your road to recovery? It really is hard for me to explain this to people when i look fine and seem fine. People really dont know unless they have been there. Been bad again for about a month now. Thanks for your time.

Wow. I am in awe. Battled fatigue for over 23 years, with muscle weakness, insomnia...ect, as you described. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue. The looking at the stairs and crying, well I do that almost daily. No one can relate to my depression and ready to go on from this flesh life. Years of no answers, and Dr's not looking at what the cause could be. Take this pill. Or that pill. No one ever talked nutrition or supplements. I have been doing my own research and just found out the amalgam fillings I have had since before I began school at 6 years of age, which I am 63 now, with 7 still in my mouth, could've a huge issue, and now a friend shared adrenal fatigue info with me yesterday. I have been on a VIt protocol of 4000 milligrams of VIt C, magnesium, zinc picolinate, and 400 IU VIt E and feeling better, but it's for getting ready of amalgam removal. If I forget my vitamins, within the second day I decline with energy and starve for air. Getting a Dr where I live is hard. Very rural and the anxiety so bad I can barely be a passenger in a car. My motto is quality of life. I want it. I am so done with feeling like I can't live due to not being able to have the energy to do. I took a lot of notes from the comment section and will look into all the info shared. Thank you for sharing this information and your testimony. I will do my best to find my way. American Dr's are taught to treat, not to heal. We have to be our own advocates. Sharing with a couple people I know that have very stressful lives and hope they can jump on the band wagon of taking things into their own hands and prevent major sickness or illness down the line. You're a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you for sharing your story. I believe autoimmune disease and related diseases and disorders can be healed, we don't have to live with them the rest of our lives. The better we understand what our mind, body, and soul need to be well, and the more we're able to take good care of ourselves routinely, the stronger we can be. Being strong doesn't me going back to doing everything that we did before the breakdown of our health, like you said, it is being the new version of ourselves. I wish you great health and greater happiness.

This was very helpful and inspiring so thanks very much for sharing your story. I had the same issue with my regular GP but he did at least say that I should go see a Naturopath who deals with Adrenal Fatigue. He did say that here in Canada they are not encourage to give DHEA. I did find a Naturopath and after testing all my Cortosol and hormone levels, she found that my Progesterone and my DHEA are both very, very low. Both well below the normal range. So I have just started my medicine a week ago and hopefully I can start feeling better. I will have to make some changes for sure. I am definitely a type A personality, so slowing down for me, even at age 67 will take some getting used too. I want to be healthy again. I really appreciated the mention of us saying no to others when we really need to help ourselves get better first. I am so glad you finally got well!! Thanks again for your inspiring video.

Oh my gosh, you could literally put my face on this video and have the sound playing and that would be almost 100% what's been happening to me. It is so weird to sit knowing what you need to do when you've always been a multitasker and you can't even make the simplest decision. Thank you for this video, I'm getting so tired of being told I'm exaggerating. PTSD is real

Your story was unbelievable. You gave me the answers I had been looking for for years. Case in point. when I was in grade school I could sleep standing up. In high school while working at a Krogers store I could sleep while bagging groceries and pushing a cart or just walking up and down stares. Then there was the times I worked at a steel plant and fell asleep while cutting steel. I am 67 now and just recently I found it hard to work luckly I work for Lyft. Never fell asleep while driving but was drained at end of day. Then I got to the point I could not work. Recently added to that I could not go to church, feed my pets barely made it to bathroom. Was irritable around good people so hid from them and anyone else. I did not know all this time it was because of stress. I prayed and had people at my church prayed. I couldn't even hold a relationship. I would feel something rise up in me and I thought it was something evil. It happened each time. I have been married 5 times because I hate being alone but it would rise each time. I have been alone and searching last 13 years but resntly as I mentioned I sruggled getting out of bed. Pets had to go to my neighbors house to eat hadn't worked in a month couldn't make it to church. Some how I miraculously found out about adrenal fatigue and you are the only one I felt came closet to what I had. So I wrote you. to thank you. I got pages of cures from other sites I just felt some of your situations came closest to mine. Don't know i you ever bagged groceries:) but thanks. It helped me more to understand what my fight is.

Just wanted to let you know that your video has helped me a lot today. Been feeling like this since high school and I am 27, have been through the medical system so I know how exhausting that it. Started to see a Natropath five months ago for adrenal fatigue as it had gotten worse since my mom passing away. At times it's discouraging be said you wonder hey it's been five months why the heck am I feel super crappy still!! Had to stay home today from work because of adrenal fatigue might have to go on disability leave but wanted to let you know your video really reached out to me and gave me hope while being in such a dark place! All the best on your continued recovery! :)

Your story is relating to mine as far as going into the Adrenals issue is concerned, but for recovery you are right I will have to implement the No to stress options strictly, I am dealing with it for past 9 years and till now couldn't recover completely but have partially due to beautiful people like you, who share good tips and stories, that give me confidence. The difficult part right now is that I am the sole earner for my family, that makes me constantly work harder in my job to have better pay every year, I don't know how to lower that stress currently, but will have to analyze it and plan. Thank you so much for your story and fantastic recovery plan.

Wow this is so powerful...I have adrenal SOMETHING...it’s not fatigue though. It’s like I’m constantly activated and too “on” and suffer from vertigo and congestion. It was triggered by stress and some days it’s a blessing that my body is talking and I’m listening. I’m also working with an acupuncturist who I adore!

Thank you! I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease and have come to realize I also have adrenal fatigue. I'm working with my Chiropractor who practices functional medicine. (My naturopath was rather useless, my TPO value was over 260 and while she agreed I did have Hashimoto's she actually said, "What difference does it make?" WOW!! Time for a new doctor!) Anyway, I'm trying to change my diet and stress level. I stopped drinking coffee - which is hard, and also trying to go grain free. My mom has Celiac Disease and I have an intolerance to gluten so I"ve been off gluten for a while. I find however, that eliminating most grains (and probably dairy) makes me feel better. I have a lot of food intolerances, some I know, some I don't, so it's a guessing game. I'm in the for long haul I guess. I'm tired of feeling weary....

I suffered from adrenal fatigue and had 3 different remedies that helped me after many years of researching & trying many things. Drinking bone broth & adrenal shots daily with mineral salt, hydrating not with just water but also herbal teas with things like nettle, raspberry leaf, oat straw etc, and soaking feet in magnesium flakes ie magnesium chloride (epsom salt is magnesium sulfate which isn’t absorbed/utilized as well and doesn’t last as long) I started getting my energy back after dealing with it for a decade. If you are short on things like magnesium, sodium & potassium your body relies on for thousands of functions, you aren’t going to have energy as you aren’t clearing exhaust and these 3 need to be in balance. Also water is great for hydration & flushing out toxins but if you only drink water it’s clearing out both bad & good. It’s good to hydrate with herbal teas, broth & fresh squeezed fruit juices and drink water when you feel thirst as water helps transport those nutrients. It sounds complicated but it’s not if you start it one day at a time. I know these things helped me tremendously.

I found your videos after seeing your pros and cons video of living in NZ because my husband and I are hoping to immigrate from the US. Then I saw this video and I'm so happy to hear you are recovering! I was diagnosed when I was 19 yrs old (6 yrs ago) and it took me 4 years to recover after I had similar situations with doctors. Now, I've just had my first child, along with a lot of new stress and can feel it coming back. I found a naturopath that I plan to start seeing soon! I love your videos, and I just love seeing a sister in Christ live her life with her sweet family in such a beautiful country! Much love, from the US.

It's very frustrating thinking these doctors are there to help you but they really don't. I'm feeling hopeful and already feeling a bit better. I'm taking it slow and steady.
