Most of the choreo taught to me was done by sounds!! Zzshhum, Pah, Yatata, Boom. :)

Nicole is one of my favorite choreographers! I love how much the flow plays into it, just cramming a bunch of dance moves in doesn't always look great but having a long continuous flow does, in my opinion ❤

As someone who isn't a dancer, it's amazing to see how different choreographers' processes are. Not just in the final performance but through the creation of it as well. More of these pleaseeeee!! this helps so much! i got an injury that took me out of dancing for a little over a year & i'm trying to get back in but i've been stuck in the technical side of choreo & not just letting things flow. having someone explain & do it in front of me definitely helps me shift my mindset so i will hopefully be back & better than ever!

This is a bit random, but my arms are really similar to hers (like kinda muscular) and they always made me insecure, but seeing her not really trying to hide them and wearing a sleeveless outfit gave me a bit of confidence :D

hrm, for me no. and in performances/competitions, we might have to be in mirror positions where we end up using our non-dominant sides too. so I think we do get used to it.

Sometimes you have to dance to a song you don’t like, but even then, you have to learn it and feel that song so anticipates the timing changes and the beats you need to hit. Sometimes it’s more fun and brings more creativity to dance to something you enjoy, but usually it’s more about sinking into the musicality of whatever you’re dancing to.

Ηere's the tips from this video 1)Have friends present, to help you remember your choreo 2)Make moves connect nicely 3)Use the element of surprise to your advantage 4)Make transitions between moves smooth and fluid, so that you don't trip yourself Hope I helped!
