Is there a master key to silent these doors? I am trying exit out the back entrance of my apartment where my car is park verse walking around the entire building to go walk to the back. This would save me 10 minutes everyday

I live in a 4 story apartment building, and I always wanted to go on the roof to take photos of the sunset, but the roof access has one of these doors, the thing is that the door is actually slightly opened, don’t know how but maybe the super did that. But If I open it without pressing the red bar on the door, will it set off the alarm?
