First here . $650 millions investment by African that living proof we can do it , Africa is not poor. We just need to change the mind set and we will be greater again.
@tvs9978
@tvs9978 3 жыл бұрын
Africa isn't poor but those who are rich don't invest their money in things that will uplift the majority. E.g. Billionaires in the US donated money to build libraries, railways, universities etc across the country. You hardly saw African millionaires or rich people doing that in the 80s and 90s. Governments alone cannot develop a country. We need to invest not only in hotels, clubs and houses but in schools, drains, roads, railways etc.

Brother! Peace and love from eMpangeni in the heart of Zululand in south Africa. I have a video suggestion. Maybe you should make a compilation video of all that advice that your guest give in the diaspora. You always ask them "do you have any advice for people in the diaspora who want to come back to Africa?" So you can cut all those advice and make it 1 video. Could be really inspiraing. Again much love my brother. Keep doing what you're doing and please let me know when you're coming to South Africa

@ሚከኤል AGAZIAN am kenyan so I perfectly understand what they do, senators are law makers, they allocate funds through the law making process, i.e by voting whether to approve or disapprove money allocated to the counties, the only person capable of embezzling funds is the governor who has a lot of say in county procurement, money disbursements and payment of salaries and county bills, senators in Kenya are lame ducks, the post of senator in Kenya carries very little influence or power that there’s been lots of people advocating for its removal for duplicating roles of MPs, in short you can’t steal much as senator

You need to ask yourself where an investor can get a whopping US $650 million to invest in golfing in a poor country. Think hard because even a whole government of Kenya does not get such a loan from the world bank easy peasy. Convert that money to Kenya shillings and understand that it is enough to buy a quarter of Nairobi. I will say it again, USD 650 MILLION, money that even American billionaires cannot get as a loan from huge banks like City Bank.

Maya this video is my favorite of all the personal resorts owned by an African video show so far!!!!! These are my reasons! The people gave you 100% access. There was not uptight, they were ready, they were game, and they opened up to you. I was so nice to hear all the Presenters .They knew their product, you can see they are vested in the company. They spoke in ownership and pride out the facility. They were so knowledgeable.The Manager was on point. The assigned tour sales guide was amazing. The cinematography of the drone shots and production edit was at another level. Basically you now not ONLY Africa's Ambassador to the World, you are now the Marketing Extraordinaire for Premium African Businesses. These people better honor and respect you. This is free advertising. They better show appreciation in any kind of token. SMH at the production of the footage. My jaws are just dropped. Excellent Interviewers .Brilliant Video. Boy, your standard are not village boy standard ooo.🤭 #respect 🙌🙌

The project is also residential....Moreover, instead of keeping the money stolen in Switzerland (which the country by the way reinvest to make more money...)...or buying houses in Dubai, UK, USA etc...if corrupt Africans leaders can develop projects like this one...or build factories etc...it would be much better...African countries would develop spite of the corruption...!..

That place is massive! One thing I would suggest, and to similar places all over Africa, is the grass manitenance. There are a lot of dead brown patches on the grass. It is usually caused by damaged soil and lack of water. If that can be sorted out, would be a thing of beauty, especially from a bird's eye view.

Golf courses have such as part of a course. It's not dead. That's the nature of many golf courses. It's part of it.

You are right. I also think the reason may be a lot of water is required to keep the courses green and most of these in Africa depend a lot on rain water due to cost. They just need to find a way to harvest the rain water and utilize it all year round to water the courses.

this is what all diasporas with money should do, It's time we go back to mother Africa and invest in mother Africa, stop going to Dubai and invest in a country that is not ours and help make them rich, it's time for us to start help develop mother Africa, nice video on point as always.
