Very nice irrigation system. I feel like his drip irrigation in combination of using a mulching technique that is used in dry desert climate farming, could help keep moisture in the soil in case of irrigation failure or any other things that could cause drought. Like he said, water is a big issue. Therefore adding moisture absorbing materials into the soil, so the soil does not dry out quickly could save water usage. Wonderful videos as always!

How long does it take for a tomato plant to die or stop producing for it to be replaced Thanks
@theadeyemis Жыл бұрын
The length of time that tomatoes will produce fruit can vary depending on several factors, including the specific variety of tomato, the growing conditions, and how well the plants are cared for. Generally speaking, determinate tomato varieties will produce fruit for a few weeks to a few months, while indeterminate varieties can produce fruit for several months or even up to a year. Determinate tomato plants tend to be bushier and more compact, and they typically produce fruit all at once or over a period of a few weeks. After this initial fruiting period, the plants will usually stop producing new fruit and begin to decline. Indeterminate tomato plants, on the other hand, continue to grow and produce new fruit throughout the growing season, as long as they are healthy and well-cared for. In some cases, they can even continue to produce fruit until the first frost or until the plants are killed by disease or pests. In summary, the length of time that tomatoes will produce fruit can vary widely depending on the variety and growing conditions, but determinate varieties typically produce fruit for a shorter period of time than indeterminate varieties.
