the problem with low hour count dayz players is they stay near the coastal towns. This is never worth it. Everyone is desperate and looking to snowball. I never ever stay in the coastal towns I always run inland instantly and never look back.

Go prone over the bodies or keep wiggling , and you can double click the items you want to scoop up and manage your inventory later. Also you can carry a bag or clothing and fill it up with loot and run away and look at your stuff then.
