I have been observing him for long as he hails from erode which is near my native and two things have stood out for him .1.His modesty and humility. In one of his earlier tamil interviews he mentioned that however despite having business worth thousands of crores,he has not bought a car worth more than 20-25 lakhs which is enough, this showed he has not got into the trappings of success and does only things which satisfy him and not what others think of him. 2.His constant eagerness to improve himself,in earlier interviews i have seen he has struggled to communicate in english(i think he has only studied upto 9th std),but his english has improved a lot and he himself said he improved it by listening to youtube videos like IIM talks every day.Trully remarkable man

Personally me from the same Erode, I'm glad to this company grown this much across India😀 Also you should consider about making a case study about the "Tiruppur City" which was literally a village, then turned into a billion dollar textile exporting city in a span of 30 years! This city became a hub of textile manufacturing and the important thing is modt of the million dollar worth companies present there are only started by the local district people This would be an interesting case study
