Since I discovered Suno, I have become much more productive, many ideas that I had stagnant I have been able to develop with this tool, I generate ideas and then transform them to what I want starting from scratch, because the sound quality generated is still far from being polished (luckily for us) and then from the material that Suno gives me, I build, perfect, develop or implement your idea in my composition... And it's really fun, it's like having someone else, giving you ideas about what you want to do....

Same! Been creating vocal tracks for unfinished songs from 10-15 years ago and it’s so much better than what a person could do (believe me, I auditioned numerous vocalists for the same songs). I call it “virtual collaboration”, which is a term I hope can be widely spread. And for everyone who assumes that I must be having it write songs for me with minimal effort, my new answer is “if I told you I played keyboard, would you assume that I’m just holding down one key and letting the synthesizer do all the work?”. Cheers!

This was very interesting. As an elderly musician and producer who's seen it all I agree with your idea that musicians and producers need to work with the latest tech to raise their game. However, useful though this technique may be, I imagine the AI will have been suitably upscaled by the end of the year. It's only a matter of time before someone designs a DAW that runs entirely on AI, and does it at any bitrate and sample frequency you like, rendering workarounds like this one obsolete. [One last thing - I'd forgotten all about Band in a Box! I had no idea it was still a thing. Looks wonderfully retro. I must check it out!]

Hi. I have a question about Suno. Can I ask Suno to create a song on the sequence of chords I need? For example, I have a disco, EDM song where I want my chords to be C,G,Am, F for the verse and C,G,F for the chorus. Can this be done in Suno???

Suno doesn't do that, but that's exactly what Band In A Box does. pgmusic.com
