definitely!! i do what you have as meal 1 for breakfast, then space out the other 4 about every 3-4 hours...extra booster right before i head to the gym (i burn thru my preworkout fuel in about 25-30 minutes, so i need extra right at the end of my workout...usually in between finisher exercises). my go to though....i LOVE and i mean LLLOOVVVEEE teryaki chicken rice bowls! i add in a little xtra so i can get my targets (60g protein and 650-700cals per. day total...225-245 g protein, 2450 solid cals). i get really good results from this...balance everything out so i dont go on overload somewhere

Most people that train hard, eat hard and what they eat on a constant basis could get tiresome and old. This however looks very appetizing and I could see myself enjoying this every day. Def gonna try the chicken..looks so good. Thx for taking time out for us to share in your daily dietary yumminess.

I eat 6 to 7 small meals per day. 45 to 60 grams of protein per meal . my total calories is only between 2,400 to 2,800 calories per day... So a majority of my calories are proteins . this keeps my body on the leaner side.... If I want to bulk more , then I add alil more carbs n or fats.... So I find that eating 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of lean bodyweight helps alot in helping my body continue to go the direction that helps me perform. I try to eat closer to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight...
@pwimbledon4 жыл бұрын
Your body can only absorb/process about 30g in one sitting. Seems like an excessive intake. Save yourself some cash!

@@pwimbledon Ronnie Coleman takes 70 to 90 grams at a time... I will tell you I gained way more muscle taking these higher amounts... My strength went way higher too. 30g at a time didn't get near same results for me... I look a lot harder too

Get rid of your black teflon frying pan, and replace with porcelain /ceramic coated frying pan. Teflon leaches PFAs/PFOAs into your food, which acts as an endocrine disruptor, which can lead to adrenal fatigue syndrome (which I have).

Sarah, durin frying weggies, you shuld add from time to time a little bit of water...So you shuld make mixture of water and greese. As water evaporase, you add some bit of water again..This is fare more better than frying purely only at some greese.
