That's where he started to do these fantasy booking videos or counterfactual historical booking, called "How WWE should book" or "How WWE should have booked". In these videos, as he introduces himself he'd say something along the lines of how (sort of paraphrasing here) he would book something cause "[he's] a smartarse" with a ding. After he fleshes out the context he'd start the official booking video by saying, "WWE, do it better." He did it again this time round instead of "Let me have a go." Lol. So it's a nice little callback to the days of the WhatCulture videos that got him his KZbin wrestling community fame in the first place.

I think everything was perfect until the match with Triple H. I might be in the minority but I don't really care for that match-up (despite their history). I think it might be more fitting if Roman was the one to put an end to Punk's wrestling career since he was the one that Vince kept telling Punk to put over strong during the last few months before his departure. I could see the Tribal Chief being offended that Punk delayed the process of him being head of the table, therefore not respecting him and his family.

And eventually Vince had to pick a side, and there was no way he was going to side with an employee over a family member and one of his long time biggest stars- and when Vince picks a side, he picks it _hard._ So basically Vince turned on Punk because of Hunter. Hunter is more professional than Vince and is especially talented at mending broken bridges, and _could_ potentially put his feelings aside for the sake of the business (he's also mellowed out a lot since he's aged and isn't so paranoid about protecting his spot at the top of the company), but Vince is vindictive (especially in his old age) and never forgives a slight, while Punk holds grudges and wouldn't forgive Hunter for derailing his previous run or Vince for the spiteful wedding day sacking. So no, there's basically no chance Punk will ever return to WWE.

When you brought in Heyman I literally stopped and clapped for a solid 10 seconds-It was 1 in the morning, woke my flatmates up, utter disaster-point is these videos are my jam my jelly and my juice. That said.... Please. For the love of all that is holy, give us more detail. My favourite parts of the old videos (and yes I get that these aren't those) were the little nuggets of infor where you'd describe spots or promo details you'd like to see in the story e.g. the promo between vince and Heyman in the invasion video or the end of the Trips/Rollins feud 'Seth Pins HHH; not with the pedigree, with the phoenix splash', to this day those details are what bring those stories to life for me. I think it's too late honestly. Coming back in the 2016 WWE Draft, returning to WWE last year at the Royal Rumble and winning, debuting at All In 3 years ago or All Out 2 years ago (Pllana Productions idea not mine) all would have been perfect times for the Chick Magnet to return to pro wrestling. But for him to return now in 2021, it's like when Shawn Micheals returned in 2018. We wanted to see HBK wrestle but we didn't need to see him wrestle. We were fine without him and we're fine with CM Punk.

@@dylandylan5526 I'm not saying he wouldn't be great if he came back, I'm saying he shouldn't because too much time has passed where he'll only be wrestling about a years rather than atleast 3. Think about how many years Edge could have wrestled if he wasn't injured versus how many he has since returning (which is one but not on many PPVs).

Plus Vince McMahon often starts building Feuds with literally only two weeks before the next PPV which means you only see those two superstars interact four times before said PPV on two episodes of Raw or SmackDown instead of up to eight in a months time.

A suggestion. Please do "How Adam Would Book...The Return Of The Golden Age". In 2017, Goldust returned to his heel cinephile roots and WWE dropped the ball on turning him into a credible, potentially main event level threat. Would love to hear Adam's pitch for the story and how it could have gave one last push for Goldust before his depature to AEW. Thanks!

I mean...that's a little hard to frame because the first televised wrestling performance he had when he came back shelved him for 8 months. WWE did a GREAT job keeping him relevant and interesting despite that and, while I think the feud with Drew started to get a little stale around Money in the Bank time (and didn't carry on from SummerSlam properly, even if the Strap Match was a good match - the Cell match seems to have gotten things back on track for a good blowoff), gave him something fantastic to work with it is still blanketed by a huge return that turned into a long spate of injury.
