At the exterior bottom where the first siding boards are, cut a strip of the metal siding and run it all around the exterior bottom, you'd only need about a 6 inch piece, and abutt it against the bottom of the exterior board above, that would cover the exposed floor boards.

The exterior siding boards should be below the floor boards, and cover the floor boards or the rain will seep in and also wet the floor board ends and rot them.
