Welcome back for another PCOS storytime.
I honestly never get tired of sharing my PCOS story because everyday 1 in 10 women gets diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and it can life changing and scary. PCOS is a condition that no woman should face alone, even if you can’t find support at home you should be able to find someone who you can relate to and i hope by constantly sharing story someone finds comfort in being able to relate with me.

Im so glad i found you. What were the blood test they did to diagnose you with pcos

Hey Janay, i had Blood tests for androgens aka testosterone and also blood test for estrogen levels to figure out why i wasn’t having my periods. Those test were for my oestradiol, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) luteinising hormone (LH). Also had an ultrasound done to check for cyst on my ovaries. I never had any cyst thankfully
