Would you advise setting the reporting range to quarterly. Also, if the clicks are higher than the impressions but no sales have been made, would this still take the same ruling?

If it was your website this answer would be easy, send you forgot something in your cart emails. But since it's Amazon it's a lot more difficult to decipher. Review your competitor listings and try to figure out why people are bailing on yours but not theirs.

It only shows for organic resutls right? Because for the KWs that we were getting PPC Sales it showed 0 purchases and the reason we are not organically ranked for that.

My understanding is it includes ppc. Because I have 20% of all sales on a keyword that my organic rank is 25 on. Wouldn't be possible without ppc.
