yeah i’m not specific on the details of why the game was fucked up, think it had something to do with motion capture but either way i get you, i’ve talked to my homies before that i know they were making ac unity since ac2 which is nuts, but if they just somehow put the project and hold and released the game with next gen, hopefully in the multiverse there is a world where unity dropped and was polished at release:(

This is by far the most beautiful run of this mission ive ever seen! The use of ACU Fixes, gives opportunities so you can use your gadgets on the fly, mid air assassinations and on walls makes the gameplay so much smoother and makes you feel how an assassin should be. The fact that its not in the vanila version's of the game is absolutely criminal. They need to come back to unitys core mechanincs and build apon them. They really need to look at these mods cause this has huge potential. Great Job man, you have impressed the lord himself❤❤😮

unity is the perfect example of a game that would do absolute wonders with a remaster, with next gen consoles and just maybe a couple new features like mid air/ wall mounted kills and stuff for example would not only sell well but turn unity into objectively the best ac game. (if they could somehow smooth parkour but i think the parkour system is what made unity so hard to work with.)

This quickly became my favourite AC gameplay clip when I realised you were going for the cutscene assassination. There are some great videos of this mission where they smoothly rush in and out, but doing it with the cutscene and taking advantage of ACU Fixes is just perfect.

appreciate you noticing, i sometimes see people kill the designated dude for the cutscene but then reload the game so they spawn in without having to kill him for it, kind of ruins the fun.

Whitelight said it best, that Unity is a broken, unpolished game that breaks 9 times out of 10. But that 1 time when it works, the *idea* of Unity is so enthralling that it becomes the best Assassin's Creed that has ever existed.
