How and when to use Scene Sources in Ecamm Live

In this video I cover how and when to use Scene Sources in Ecamm.
In Ecamm Live you can select a "scene course" as either Camera, Screenshare, Movie, or Blank... The default is "Camera" which makes sense, so that when you open Ecamm Live for the first time you will see your camera feed. However, it is my view that it is always best to start with a blank scene and then build up your scenes using camera or screen share overlays and of course all of the other graphical overlays you may want on top of that... in this video I explain why I think that is.

This taught me NOTHING about scenes...this should be called resizing and overlays

This video was not intended to talk about creating scenes... as the video title suggested it was specifically intended to explain the "Scene Source" function in Ecamm Live. A lot of people new to Ecamm get confused by the difference between camera source and camera overlay. I also believe they limit themselves by using only Camera Source to the exclusion of camera overlays. It was my intention with this video to highlight this limitation. I do have plenty of other videos on my channel specifically about building out various scene types. Sorry if the video did not meet your expectations.
