I fell in love with winter sowing a few years ago. It’s a great way you can plant seeds and have things germinate when the time is right without needing to use my indoor grow lights.

The leaves of your lavender looks like the ones of a seed that germinated in a pot I didn't label. I've been struggling with growing it so I hope that is what it is. It didn't do well with winter sowing and I was told our so called winter weather isn't consistent enough for lavender. Thanks for sharing.

Great. I’m glad this video was helpful. I’m still learning what things do well and don’t with winter Sowing every year but all the ones that do really well always shadow the ones that do very poorly.

@@jencordial Same girl, I escape all the evil of this world when I'm in my gardens and with my chicken babies. I did get several of my new coops built this spring and added on a large greenhouse/workshop to them, so that way I can garden and talk to them at the same time...lol! Yes, Im that lady.🤣

Do you get enough rain so you don’t have to water or how do you water all your plants? I love your channel by the way!

I have found that mulching with natural wood chips very heavily helps lock in moisture as I’m not great with watering as it is very difficult in my hillside garden. So I barely water and hope mother nature helps me out when I need it.
