Good video man. I like your conservation outlook. No need to take them all

I truly wish you lived in west central Minnesota-I have a severe beaver problem-would love to have one show me hands on how to trap beaver. Thank you for your very informative video.

This has been very informative. We've got a beaver problem on my Granddaddy's property near a creek. They've built a dam and have a large lodge. What kind of traps do you use?

Interesting and informative. Are there any other boaters around that area. Also what kind of season if any are there on beaver.
@TheHuntForDinner4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Around this time of year the only boaters I see are duck hunters or maybe a guy running up river to float fish his way back down. Summertime I see more recreational boating and kayaking going in. Beaver season here runs from October through April but I usually stop trapping them once winter breaks.

Can I set them and the woods and a 4 inch deep creek
@TheHuntForDinner4 жыл бұрын
Honestly that all depends on your state laws. Some states require the trap to be fully submerged while others require only half submerged. I set in shallow creeks quite often but look for a deep pocket to set in with some blocking sticks and dive sticks above the trap. I actually have 2 set like this right now.

Not a problem. If you find out you can set some traps and there’s some beaver sign around look for a narrow spot in the creek or along the bank in a deeper pocket where there might already be a natural dive stick already there and try those spots. Good luck

@@maddawg5016 nope nothing as long as you have it blocked off to force them to swim towards your trap you will eventually connect with one.

Beavers are highly intelligent creatures that play a crucial role in supporting wildlife and preserving the environment when left undisturbed. Hunters, on the other hand, are the exact opposite-destructive, weak cowards who serve no purpose. It’s time to implement and enforce laws that protect these vital animals from those who harm them. Hunters who destroy beaver habitats should face jail time; maybe it would teach them something about accountability and respect. The fact is, hunters are nothing more than spineless individuals causing harm to the environment and its inhabitants. It’s time to prioritize the well-being of our planet over their senseless cruelty.
