Wow--your videos are so well done--subtitles, summaries and I had just done a comment asking for some basic exercises. Outstanding! Thank you.

Thank you very much for your videos, they are great! I wanted to ask you a question, is the wristband on the left hand to avoid straining the wrist or is it just to avoid rubbing against the instrument?
@vasylbendas3 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching🤗 It's just to avoid sticking your sweat wrist to the accordion and the strap.

Great video. I have two questions: What is the fingering for the arpeggios in each key? Secondly, I have acquired a Roland accordion that allows me to play free bass. Do you have any good resources on B-system free bass? Thanks
@vasylbendas2 ай бұрын
Hi! Fingering: first chord 1-2-3-5, second 1-2-4-5, third 1-2-3-5, fourth 1-2-3-5 Unfortunately don't know any resources.

Hello, great exercises, how can I get these exercises in PDF form?
@vasylbendas2 ай бұрын
Thanks! Unfortunately I haven’t written it down. But you can search for piano scales fingering. It works the same.

Thanks! Many methods suggest to use no thumbs on the black key in tthe E arpeggio. Yet I see you using your thumb. Could you point me to a method book where this is explained more fully?
@vasylbendasАй бұрын
When I was a kid my teacher in a musical school also told me not to use thumb on the black keys. I don't know actually why. Because all the pianists and piano keyboard players do that. You just have to use to it and it will help you many times with a tricky passages.

@vasylbendas Thank you so much! I will certainly explore this further!

I found an old Hanon technical study book (with all the scales and arpeggios and more) that has both fingering options. Thanks for making me aware of this. Makes my life easier!
