We are a work in progress. We are FAR from a finished product. Under Ange, we've gone from 30-ish% possession to 60-70-ish% possession. We've gone from defensive football to attacking. Change takes time. Last season away we got smashed by Newcastle. This season, it was close. Last season, we got smashed at home by Arsenal. This season, it was close. We need to let things play out. I so much enjoyed watching today's game...

There is just so much talent in those young lads, but we need to build the right team attitude for them to be effective.I'm just trying to be patient.I don't think this will be the season many people want it to be, but we definitely need more games like last night. ManU and Brighton both away are going to be tough.

Ange is a man of purpose. The one thing i really appreciate about his demeanor is he keeps figuring out the fans with victim mentality and the toxic culture. Great to see the setup with the wider, deeper fullbacks, deeper CDM & more freedom for the wingers. It was fluid & effective & really allowed space to punish on turnovers. Loved seeing BJ & Solanke goaling as well as time for Mikey.

Hi Sonny. The pressing was so important, especially by the whole Team. What a day to see players like Solanke, Johnson and Madders to score. I thought Bentancur played well and also seeing a bit of chemistry setting in with Kulu and Madders. This will give them alot of confidence and momentum going forward. Onwards and upwards.

Have watched your Pod on a few occasions in the past but today I've subbed. So sick of all of the negativity surrounding our club. I have witnessed significant improvements in Anges first season and i am feeling optimistic for the future. Yes, at times we have looked all over the place but this season I'm seeing slight tweeks and we are looking more fluid. Some fans should look up the meaning of our club motto "Audere est Facere" TTID!!

I think we need consistency. Very happy with yesterday but one win doesn’t make everything great again. But there were promising signs and we played how we can. Now we need to take that forwards and play like that regularly. We have two big matches in the next week and it’s about going out, performing and getting the wins in those two too.

Live vicario, he almost had a jordan pickford moment in the first half, amd even watching from south stand straight on you could see he was outside the box, but two world class saves, a variety of ways out of defence long throws punts and build from the back. Seems,to have lost his killa instinct at finishing off chances. Instead of shooting he tries to run around the keeper. Does it almost every opportunity costing us goals.

Er, i'm afraid i did not see Sonny try and round their keeper in the Bretford game, and i can't remember him doing at 'Almost every opportunity' in other games either. And Vicario is not a 'Major Concern' for me, i do think he is about the best shot stopper in the league, but perhaps he can improve on other aspects of his game. we did not play well, we got a lucky win against a bottom half B team missing 9 players. We played better against the scum last week. If Romero had have fouled in the box, and Vic's terrible performance caused a goal, different story. This performance was worse than Everton. Our Counter defence was lazy, against a stronger team, we would be down 3-4 goals and everyone would be screaming Ange out. We were so lucky!
