He isnt lying. This does make 300K-400K. Alot of youtubers exclude the price it costs to buy the items, but this guy doesent. I also like that its really customizable and cheap for an endgame store. I paired this with my 15 money trees and im making alot of money 9.3/10, this is a really cool layout

You can Just put the garage facing the Black area. It counts as open area. Just make sure to keep it long enough for the vehicles to park.

It Will affect a lot. Wouldnt you say keeping your registers around the outrance would make your customers walk shorter? Better crowdedness and shorter customer walking time.

It depends a lot. I suggest that you try it out yourself, because it totally depends. I cant say really. Probably over 4 finance reps, 3 guards and 4 restockers.

The finance reps basically gives your customers money, in a way. Think of it like a an ATM - a bank so they can take out more cash.

In my opinion, with this type of store design, you don't actually need a manager because of the store shelves and such, you can handle the buying and stuff manually, buying 100 or 200 items of furniture sets up a nice potential to have a money farm, In my point of view, your probably making around 300-400K an hr in my opinion, btw your videos are awesome!

@@Snaproductions I think that if you put the manager on 200% it Will purchase items for about 20k or something. That might be the reason for your loss. You can still use it, but set it on 150%, and after maybe 10 minutes or so, you Will earn. With 200% it might take 20 minutes, and 125% 5 minutes.

Roem i need help, i made this same strat with furniture but instead i have 4 unloading spaces for four semi trucks and with the large amount of parking slots the stock always run out and then i get negative money. Because my finance reps are loaning money to people who are supposed to but items that we have no stocks of, so they leave the store and take our money. What is the fix? (When i also do instant delivery my money gets negative)

Alright, so the manager makes you go in depth by purchasing more items. I suggest using one helicopter for furniture with 2 managers set at 200%. Then make sure to play on a private server to maximize earnings. Finance reps cant lose you money, they Just extract money from the customers Banks, like an ATM. Make sure to not have too many workers, but make sure to have enough security. 2-3 guards is fine for a large store.

Im also selling small and large furnitures and exercises equipment. With 37 lots and 5 stars review and manager set to 200%, still waiting for any profit.

Vehicles are only good to sell if you have over 50, preferably 100 money trees. To put it in perspective: if you instant deliver a vehicle and then sell it, you lose money. I suggest you to stick to the furniture category alone.
