Hi Janus, for children who have special educational needs/disabilities that mean they cannot be judged against the descriptors for an area (or all areas), they can be marked as exempt (usually at the head teacher's discretion).

@@LittleLearnersVideos Ah yes, that's similar to how we do it here. I did respond straight away but my mobile didn't actually post the response. I actually asked for 2 reasons, both in good faith of course. 1. I do advocacy work with schools in the US. 2. I am one such student. thanks again for considering and replying, as well as the wonderful content. Brings back some good memories

Hy im a housewife. My life is so busy in my house work. Im from Pakistan. I live in joint family. I have 2 daughters. Elder is 4 years and other 8 months only my elder daughter is good in oral activities but she have a problem to grip of colors and pencil plz guide me how can i help my doughter in better way ? Im so worried about her coz i Pakistan school held written assessments and mark the marks on the behalf of writing skills. I dont want my baby suffering writing problems due to my work load and my low attention towards her
