I was diagnosed with this also. I also had a really bad flare up years ago on my feet it was insane. I have not had a flare up in years. For me cutting back on sugar and my Dr. put me on daily allegra and a topical medication.

Love and healing ❤. I had really bad eczema at the back of my thighs growing up. I was basically one big wound from the bottom of my butt to the back of my knees. Eczema really does have a mind of it's own

Thank you for the update because I have had a similar problem with my hands for years now. It gets better when I'm not at work washing my hands constantly. The best thing that ever happened was when I went to Bahamas I went into the 🌊ocean. That saltwater dried my hands up so nicely... I felt off the whole day but my hands looked better. This was like 6 years ago. I know I am allergic to bleach so I will not put my hands in bleach but I was thinking about salt water?? It won't be like the ocean so I never did it at home. I may try an oatmeal soak or something next time. Anyway my hands are doing better and it did not creep all the way up to my forearm... Mainly up to my wrist on one hand. Have you ever heard of Dr Dray? If you click the link in the description box she has suggested a couple of products that I'm going to try. A sensitive wash for the hands. I only like the video if you wanted to give it a peep. Anyway I'm glad you found what's working for you. I have a question about the lotion that you use. Does it have fragrance in it? I have heard of it but I never gave it a try. I mainly use fragrance -free butter/Vaseline or plain cream on my hands. One is from the health food store (I cannot remember the name right now because it's in my car) and the other one is from Walmart vanicream. You don't think the bleach is too toxic for you? I know you diluted it. Peace and God bless.😊 Dr. Dray kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYCvh5eLnMmbgpIsi=HThJ07pf7BU1yCWW

I am not sure if you said this in your video or if you know about it. But try going to a pcp or a dermatologist to get a prescription for triamcinolone of either .01% ointment or .5% of the ointment (depends on the person). It is a steroid, but it has helped me since I was a child( it keeps it under control/manageable ).. Sadly, eczema doesn't permanently go away most times P.s The ointment petroleum based has worked better than the cream white based one for me

Appreciate the update Narada, and very glad it seems to be better than it first was at the very least. Hopefully it will totally resolve in time. I have it too on my hands and feet. It's such a weird condition. I only have a flare when I'm in hot/tropical places, but not when it's hot/humid here in the States. It goes away when I come back home, but allergy meds seem to keep it from worsening. Also that lady is not mentally well, what was the purpose of her comment??

Eczema never goes away. It'll suppress from time to time, but I've been dealing with it forever. That's just my story. Praying yours is healed for a long time. ❤ OAN: WTF was that? Who asked her for her opinion?!!!

I have something similar, it flares up in winter, and seems triggered by stress, hormones, excess sugar consumption, lack of vitamin D, dryness, food colouring (which is in so many soaps!), and shea butter in particular (which is in literally every moisturing lotion now😢). It's mostly under control now, but it was really bad at some point, so I totally sympathise. Only thing I found that provided relief from the itching without making it worse so the flare ups can subside without me literally peeling my skin off is the topical cream exederm. If anyone else is struggling this may help; I found it at CVS.

My hand eczema started a year ago. I use bleach baths to disinfect when it looks like it might be infected. Athlete foot powder to dry the blisters. Diaper rash cream for the red skin. I also wear cotton gloves while working. I know this isn’t applicable for your work.

I just found out that my condition is linked to a leave in conditioner I've been using every day for over 8 years now... It's been a month since I stopped and no new flare ups had happened. If you haven't already, consider a thorough cosmetics allergy test
@andreaward6411

Steroid cream no matter the strength didn’t work for me. After stopping the cream it would start returning within four days and after two weeks back in a flare up. I never got out of flare ups honestly. It’s a process for sure and stopping steroids completely actually helped me get my blisters to start drying up. I had only been using steroids for seven months though.

Iam also suffering from Dyshidrotic eczema and i noticed that my major trigger was refined oiled, sugar,gluten, dairy,white rice, parabens which found in cosmatics product, potatoes, meats such as chicken and lamb, spicy foods, lentils. And basically i followed a vegan diet and using praffin soft cream for moisturizer without paraben my eczema was in controlled very much. Some times its became flare up little bit bcs some time i eat potatoes. And also do a black rock salt flush On alternative days mix 1 spoon of black rock salt on a water its help in detoxification of your body waste. And do fasting 2 times in a week one full fast and one water fast

I have a problem with being consistent with a clean diet also but during COVID when I was consistent with my diet and was taking herbs to clean my system it went away. Love and light to you 💫💫💫💫💫

I get the flare ups as well. I was born with it. Steroids, allergy pills, topicals and always watch your sugar and caffeine and believe it or not the gloves do affect you too. You would be amazed at what causes stress. Also, I now do not allow anyone to put on any perfumes or spray perfumes in my area, those particles will affect your skin. Hang in there it will get better!

I've had dishydrotic excema for 15 years +. I'm going through my flare up right now. I'm with you on drying it out initially. This works for me too. I haven't tried bleach, I have read that condys crystals are effective although I haven't tried that either. I use a sterile needle to pop the blisters then do a soak with warm water, epsom salt and apple cider vinegar. I follow this with blackseed oil. It doesn't cure it, only makes the process move a bit quicker but as it stands I'm looking at weeks, possibly months of just battling to keep them from reaching the fissured/weeping/swollen stage. I'll be doing these soaks and oiling daily until flare dies down, probably around September as mines goes into remission during the winter. I watched your other videos and recognised that when your hands are at their worst you don't cut your nails. I understand that, it's just too painful. The irritability is real too, it's just so tiring to go day after day with cracked, itchy painful hands. I hope you find true healing in time, I hope everyone suffering this does ✌️💚
