As a liverpool fan I am more then pleased with our start to the season, couldn't ask for much more. But I'm not going to get carried away asking slot to win the league in his first season in the premier league. If we can get through the holiday season with still being near the top I'll start to believe. We shouldn't put too much pressure on anre slot.

Incredible job so far but the true test is coming up with so many difficult fixtures in such a short space of time. Slot rightly said to wait until the full run is over before judging. Not to judge after 2 or 3 games. Either way, what he's doing atm is really impressive!

Really commendable how Slot made things click with players he already had. Like Gravenberch. No need for a new transfer, in the end. Slot is great at developing players. I already knew how good he was, as an Ajax fan, I’ve been on the receiving end of his skill set and tactics. He inherited a strong side, sure, but his instant impact thus far is still very remarkable.

I’m genuinely not surprised we’re doing well with Slot. The recruitment team used data and analytics to find a coach who would compliment the players already there and continue what Klopp started. People don’t give scientific data enough credit in football. The data said it would work and so far it is.

We have to give a lot of credit to the entire staff and all the facilities at Liverpool. Arne complimented those too. And the players are disciplined and truly a loyal team. Making it a lot easier for Arne to do his magic. Klop left a great foundation for the club, the whole organization stands.

I would say it is a kind of revival. And that isn't a hit on klopp... but compared to klopps previous seasons in charge, Liverpool began to go limp and cracks were showing in terms of relationships, the players looked tired... even now I'd have klopp come back without a doubt, but you can clearly see around the club, the fans, the players. Maybe knowing that klipp was leaving loomed large for everyone in the last 5 months last season, but there in a definite shift in the general feel around the club

Believe me, as a Ajax fan, we all knew Arne Slot was special. Feyenoord was NOT a favorite in the Netherlands, absolutely not. Still, he changed things around in Rotterdam, and quickly ! Also in Europe, finals and semi finals. (Lost 2 x against AS Roma, but surely could have won. Very equal games) Hé is special !

Arne Slot did something at Feyenoord that will suite Liverpool as well (in the near future….) He had an incredible low injury rate between players and gave lots of youth big chances to shine. He was incredible on the tactical side of the game but that low injury rate was really helping creating a mega fit squad during the months February/March/April and May… I’ll hope that this is also possible with the amount of matches Liverpool will play! It’s great to watch your team are outrunning most of their rivals pure on fitness.

Not a fall off. Let’s be real. Lfc had fatigue and players ageing in 22/23. Then 23/24 injuries to 10* players between the new year and April. With that after fighting and being first in the league, lfc dropped to 3rd. Also 2020/21 injury hit defence with vvd especially, in 2022 lfc almost did the quad. So with the same pool of players and high intensity from klopp, 2018-2023 it’s obvs no team is supposed to stay top 2/3 yet tge squad over achieved
