I also suffer from Anxiety & Stress I think about the past even though I know I can't change it & I worry about the future even though I haven't experienced it yet. I am going to try focus on the 'What is' instead of the 'What if or the What has' I try to focus on the positives in life even if it's just finding one positive thing a day but it is hard sometimes especially with so much negativity in the World.
