The only ways to kill Deadpool is the infinity gauntlet and apparently crushing him between two alternate earths. But if Deadpool's healing factor is based off Wolverine's healing factor and Wolverine can regenerate from a single drop of blood then Deadpool could most likely be able to regenerate from the dust. So the only way to kill Deadpool is crush him between two alternate earths.
