Fotografiska’s zero waste policy is so easy to like. Somehow food also tastes better when you know that as little as possible of it is thrown away.

I already heard from a video who ate at Fotografiska that it was really tasty. Now that I saw this video I will definitely also visit it - and be it just for the food :-D Great to see they put importance to this - more restaurants should follow

This makes us so happy to hear - it's good food for sure and a great visit in Stockholm if you into some fine photography as well! :) They are doing a great job for sure on how to implement and actually practice the concept of zero waste. Everything from making flour out of the bread that's wasted, to an apple sorbet and chutney from the core of the apples to having a compost inside of the restaurant.

We will make a $h1t ton of money with waste and call it ''delicacy''. We will laugh and say it's for that 0 waste ''responsability'', while we travel in private jets.

Fotografiska and their team is doing a great job on leading how to work with zero waste in restaurants in Sweden. They have influenced many chefs and other restaurants on how to implement the concept of zero waste, even now consumer have started to have the same practice at home. Hope you can see the small but great impact of that - and not throwing away lots of food, instead being creative with it.
