Lasbela,kharan and Makuran were semi autonomous regions under the state of Kalat, their governers used to be appointed by the state of Kalat, they used to pay kalat one third of their annual income At the time of invasion of Kalat, the younger brother of Kalat's ruler was governer of Makuran state..... The annexation of these three Baloch states was not legal rather it was an invasion...

The way you wrote "Khaibar Pakhtun Khawa", I can 100% say that you are Indian but anyways I can answer your question. There was no country called "Balochistan" that existed before 1947. There were four princely states: Kalat, Kharan, Makran and Lasbela. Then there was a separate British Commissioner's province of Balochistan that included today's Quetta-Pishin districts, Chagai district, Bugti-Marri tribal confederacy, etc. Among the four princely states, all but Kalat willingly joined Pakistan with their own choice, as this choice was given to them by the Viceroy through the agreements that they made with the British government. Kalat was the only state that was reluctant to join Pakistan. Even the ruler of Kalat, Ahmad Yar Khan, wanted to join Pakistan but had some problems making that decision because his state's parliament (which was dominated by Congress inspired racist politicians) wanted him to remain neutral. But at the end, the decision was up to the Khan of Kalat to whether remain neutral (independent) country, join Pakistan or continue with his current status with the British government (with some new agreements). Later, he made the decision to join Pakistan. Some of his people didn't like this idea, like his brother. All the Baloch princely states that joined Pakistan were later merged together to form the Balochistan States Union (BSU). It was a semi-autonomous union (tribal jirga) of Baloch leaders from former four Baloch states: Kharan, Kalat, Makran and Lasbela, representing different Baloch tribes. This Balochistan States Union (BSU) was later merged with the British Commissioner's province of Balochistan to form a separate province of Balochistan that we see today. That's how the modern-day province of Balochistan has evolved naturally with their own consent.

That's a very wrong analogy! First of all, Kashmir was a unified princely state while there was no unified state or political entity in history called the "Balochistan". Kashmir's uprising was a reality that had been happening in the state since the 1930's because of the decades old discrimination that the Muslims of the state of Jammu & Kashmir were facing at the hands of the Hindu Dogra Maharaja of the state. The Muslims of the state rebelled against the Dogra rule in 1948 and annexed their freed territory into the newly formed Pakistan.

They share sovereignty with the state of Pakistan. Pakistan is a federation of four provinces: Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. If by "sovereign" you mean becoming a separate country than Pakistan then let me tell you my friend Balochistan joined Pakistan with the consent of their people. As I said above that Balochistan share sovereignty with the federation of Pakistan, they can't leave the union with their own choice. Pakistan is not like European Union (EU) which is a confederation of 27 European countries, meaning any member of the union can leave it with their own choice alone. Pakistan is a federal republic just like the United States. In the US, a state cannot leave the union by her own choice. That choice has to be made by the US federal government, that includes the three branches of the US government i.e. Executive (President of the United States and his cabinet), Judicial (Supreme Court of the US) and Legislative (US Congress), and the state that wishes to leave the union. The same applies to Pakistan also. If Balochistan wants to leave the federation of Pakistan then a two-third majority will be required in the Balochistan Provincial Assembly and the same two-third majority will be required in the Parliament (Senate + National Assembly). That would also require a constitutional amendment that has to be ratified by the Supreme Court. Also, two-third majority is seen unlikely in the current environment as Balochistan is developing much faster than other provinces which is making the people of Balochistan more pro-Pakistan than pro-Independence.

Here in this story you called Kalat as a princely state while the reality is (1) Kalat was the Capital of Balochistan confederacy (2) The Ruler Mir Mehrab Khan Baloch defended his country Balochistan's independence & its honour as a country from British Empire & got Martyrdom in Kalat on 13th of Nov 1839 for defending his country Balochistan from the foreign troops, here the question is what were the status then of Kharan, Makkuran & Lasbela ? @@Lyallpuriya Lasbela,kharan and Makuran were semi autonomous regions under the state of Kalat, their governers used to be appointed by the state of Kalat, they used to pay kalat one third of their annual income At the time of invasion of Kalat, the younger brother of Kalat's ruler was governer of Makuran state..... The annexation of these three Baloch states was not legal rather it was an invasion...
