As usual the GOAT summed it up perfectly, the transfer portal and to some extent NIL has made college football the chaotic mess that we are all loving this year. All those back up players that used to stay at bama and ga and other big name schools, specially in the greatest conference in college football the SEC, well all those 2’s are jumping in the portal to go to schools where they will be 1s so no team has the depth that has made them so dominate in previous years, that’s why we have so much parody in CFB and why the SEC is just eating itself in the best way possible as long as the playoff people don’t do the “u are what ur record says u are “ idiocy it’s gonna be a great playoff with any team on any given Saturday

As somebody who looked up the SEC tiebreaker rules early in the season... you're not gonna get more information out of those. They are REAL confusing after head-to-head and common opponent.

With the way things are looking the head to head is just gonna lead to a complicated mess. Based on breaking down the chances based on in conference opponents which is the next step after common opponents it would be the winner of the Texas-Texas A&M game vs Georgia

I don't know what team you're a fan of but if you're an Alabama fan we have to win out and Missouri has to win vs either Arkansas or Mississippi State and we play for the SECCG vs the winner of Texas/A&M. It would be based on winning percentage and we would have a slight advantage over UGA, Tennessee & Ole Miss.

I will say one thing about Tennessee fans they don't go away just because they lose a big game. Looking at LSU fans as I haven't seen them here since they got their ass beat at home. In other words Vols actually care enough about their team even in a loss. Which is something that Bama fans also share. Source: I live in Tennessee and I am a Bama fan. Win, lose, or draw. From what I understand, for Alabama to go to Atlanta, the following has to happen: 1)Alabama has to win out the rest of the season, 2)Georgia had to beat Tennessee last night, 3)Missouri has to beat Mississippi State and Arkansas. I don't understand how that works, but there you go.

This Vol fan is here. Frankly, the way our offense has been lately I didn’t expect to win GA. But, if we beat Vandy then we beat all of our other rivals. 10-2 is not a bad season. Man, watching that Kansas-BYU game was very conflicting. On the one hand, its always fun to root for the underdog, and now the Big 12 standings are almost as convoluted as the SEC. On the other hand, it felt very VERY wrong as a K-State fan rooting for Kansas.
