What is the end purpose? Make more money? Why? Why do people like this buy up thousands of houses just to be the guy that raised his rent and forced him to move as a kid. In central Arkansas, entire neighborhoods are being built with single family rental houses leaving first time home buyers with no options. This should be illegal imo. Multi unit, fine. I get it but leave the single housing units alone.
