My audhd has affected my relationships by not being understood, being accused of being rude. Being misinterpreted to what we say. People and family didn't want me around. To them I am frustrating to be around. I always felt like Noone gave me the option to understand me. It ruined a lot of my relationships especially with family with my mom & dad which are both gone now so I can't fix our relationship.

That can be tough, and I have experienced the same thing in the past. It's because we communicate in a different way than people who are not AuDHD. It also takes a willingness to understand us and sometimes people just aren't willing. There are people out there that will though and I hope you can find people that do.
