No other tech firm in history has managed to infiltrate and influence daily life to the same insane extent as search giant Google. The Californian company’s impact on how we work, play, and settle drunken arguments is so well documented it more or less goes without saying.
What’s perhaps less well understood is just how vast the company has grown, since deciding it wasn’t satisfied simply being everybody’s omniscient online know-it-all.

Its fine to advertise as such to your client base, however they/we should simply be able to opt out of personalised advertising if we choose. And certainly if that data is being harvested surreptitiously. And transparency doesn't include customers having to read through 5 pages or more of legal documents ! A simple button choice should be given: Opt in or Opt out.

I fully justify what Google is doing. Regulators have no right to infringe on its business. It is giving all its products FREE, so there is no question of price gougeing. Those who do not want their data divulged can stop using it. There are other products [Bing etc.] available. Unlike ads on TV which you have to see, you can readily ignore ads on Google products without missing anything you are doing.
