Comparing electoral bonds and Ram mandir verdict doesn't make sense and here is why - [SC if u r reading this comment pls don't put contempt on me bcoz there r cases where u have over ruled previous verdicts]... The judges who were in favor for mandir verdict are now in favourable gov positions after they have retired [if this cji joins a Congress or opposition then I will agree with u] also the verdict he has given for electoral bonds makes sense .. we can clearly see the pattern of Ed CBI raids and then they buy bonds or buy bonds and then Get government contracts.... In the case of ram mandir we did not find any evidence that there was a mandir b4 Babri masjid was built and still they have green light for the ram mandir... Doesnt make logical sense... If u r going to ask for my religious bias then - I don't believe in the concept bcoz I don't see any proof to believe in any of them...

Thanks a lot Aakash jee for bringing out an excellent perspective on electoral bond and EVM. It was an eye opener for me to know the changes in VVPAT. Earlier, I was of a strong opinion that EVMs are fair but with the change made in VVPAT, where a mirror has been placed and a voter cannot see his ballot falling into the box, makes it possible. In fact, I can not think of any reason for bringing this change ,except to make such manipulations possible

I was not going to watch this video thinking I have been following this since 2018 and seen coverage from Ravish Kumar, the Wire as well as Deshbhakt etc. over past two weeks. Golden words were uttered at 25 minutes into the video, some things span across times and ages. Thank you Prashant Bhushan for uttering those. You will never ask in last 70 years, where the parties getting money for election? Because it was black money. When Modi govt is coming with transparency and you are questioning us. You all are disturbed because black money is prohibited and can not be invested in elections this time. Unfortunately, biased Supreme court has scrapped electoral bonds which will bring black money again into country.
