The idea that players dont know who Bill Belichick is doesn't really make sense. Their parents and high school coaches do know who he is. That's what matters. The people surrounding these kids have a lot of influence. Also, they now have 20 million in NIL so they don't really care who he is. They'll be happy with a fat check

Bill B. & MIKE L. Are BOTH RELICS Who WILL have a TOUGH TIME getting ENOUGH TOP TALENT WHO AREN’T ( Blue-Chippers) to SUFFER UNDER HIS Coaching STYLE; just BECAUSE HE IS BILL B. These YOUNG PLAYERS COULD CARE LESS ,especially AFTER HEARING STORIES OF PRO PLAYERS WHO DID NOT .. I REPEAT; DID NOT ENJOY PLAYING FOR HIM… and that’s the (DISCONNECT).. COLLEGE PLAYERS ARE NOT PROS.. THEY NEED ENJOYMENT.. That’s WHY ( SABAN ) QUIT.. and this TAR HEEL RISKY REACH( EXPERIMENT WILL( FAIL).. That’s MY HUMBLE OPINION.. LIME IT or NOT..
